What makes an impressive resume?
Less is more! When putting together your resume this motto is very important. A resume that is detailed and to the point will get more positive attention that one with pictures and fancy borders. For each position listed on your resume be sure to include 3-4 bullet points that highlight your duties in that role. Hiring managers compare what you have done in the past with the position they are recruiting for.
